Words cannot begin to express the gratitude we have for the role you played in our daughter's wedding. We were your typical anxious and nervous parents, hoping for everything to be just perfect, but worried about the one "flaw" in the event (which everyone expects) and wondered what it would be. It never happened.
We were sent to your boutique in search of a Mother of the Bride gown. We must admit, we were a bit worried when my very conservative friend and I pulled into your parking lot and saw the mannequin with the turquoise sparkly dress and wig, but figured we were all the way down there, so we might as well go and look. Little did we know that after searching all of Monmouth County and Ocean County shops, the dress of my dreams would be in the store with the turquoise mannequin!
I brought my daughter to show her the "Jackie 0" dress we had found, but she said, "No." and made me try the "Fairy Godmother" dress instead. My husband came with us later that day and much to my surprise, he told me I looked exquisite-not a word in his normal vocabulary! After much dismay about the shawl we decided not to make it into a jacket. I could survive the 45 minutes in church and never use it again if I didn't want to. I survived the shawl in the church, despite the hooks and eyes coming undone. I never felt more comfortable, special and beautiful in anything I have ever worn! Even the high heels (elastic) stayed on from 3:30 pm until 3:00 am the next morning! My husband now has the challenge to find (or create) an opportunity for me to wear it again, Thanks for your vote of confidence and patience with us.
When we said our goodnight to my daughter and son-in-law, they thanked us for a wonderful wedding, and she remarked, "Everything was perfect.... I wouldn't have changed a thing!". It was music to our ears! She wanted a Cinderella wedding, and we (the Fairy Godmother and Banker) couldn't have pulled it off without your expertise! It was all we hoped for! We were pleased with everything from start to finish, and are grateful to you for helping to make all of our dreams come true!
