About Orders Placed On-Line

Terms and conditions for orders:

1. Our price quotes include shipping by UPS ground. If you wish we can make other priority shipping arrangements. You agree to pay actual shipping cost for arrangements you request.
2. Special Orders - Customers often ask us to place a Special Order for a dress not in our inventory. We are happy to place Special Orders and require payment at the time we accept your order. Special Order goods are not returnable.
3. Returns - We want you to be satisfied with the goods you receive.  If there is any problem with goods shipped from our inventory, you may call the store within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a Return Authorization. You may then return the goods to the store. When we receive your return we will deduct $25.00 for our shipping and handling costs and refund the balance of your purchase price. To receive a refund  your goods  must be promptly returned (received at the store within two weeks of our ship date) and returned items must be as received out of the box. (Unworn, unused, new condition with all store hang tags attached.) COD shipments are not accepted. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization.
